Returns - what to consider
The following tips and rules should help you and us to process returns as smoothly as possible.
The content of the revocation instruction, which is attached to the invoice, has thereby unrestricted validity.
- Clothes and helmets may not be test-drived
Helmets and garments may only be tried on (as in a store), but not test-drived. In the case of a test drive we must consider the clothing and helmets as used, a return is not possible.
- Try helmets only with storm hood
Helmets may only be tried on with a balaclava, because here a direct contact to skin, hair and dandruff doesn't take place. We ask for your understanding in terms of hygiene. Should chemical cleaning be necessary in the case of a return of the helmet and a disregard of the protective hood obligation, we must charge you the costs for this.
- Hygiene articles:
Functional underwear, balaclavas and undergloves are hygiene articles that cannot be returned or exchanged
- Security label, protective films, other handling
Do not under any circumstances remove the security labels or protective films partially attached to the goods. Helmets and garments may only be worn for inspection or fitting but may not be test-drived. If labels and protective films are removed carelessly, we must deduct a depreciation in value depending on the extent.
- Return form
In the case of a return it is of great advantage if we already know in advance which article(s) you are returning to us or whether you would like to have a replacement or a refund of the purchase price. Please use the return form enclosed with your delivery. Please enclose the completed return form with the return delivery. This supports fast processing.
- Shipping costs
We ship our goods with DHL, our experience confirms this as a reliable and inexpensive shipping partner. Of course it is up to you which shipping partner you choose. Please note that you bear the costs of the return of the goods according to the right of withdrawal.
