Information about Communication Devices

We would like to inform you that, in accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products. This applies to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once the seal has been removed after delivery.

This includes, for example, communication systems that are worn on or around the ears or in front of the mouth. The decisive factor is that the product was delivered with an intact seal and that this seal was broken after receipt.

Communication Systems

All communication systems sold in our online shop are supplied brand new and in their original sealed packaging.

Please note that once the original seal has been removed, the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies. In practical terms, this means that once the product has been unsealed or installed in a helmet, it can no longer be returned.

Important Notice Regarding the Right of Withdrawal

We appreciate your understanding that we are legally required to comply with these regulations. This ensures that every customer receives a brand-new, unused product in its original condition. It also helps reduce unnecessary waste, as opened products cannot be resold and would otherwise have to be disposed of.
