The result of over ten years of intensive research, development and testing: the aim of the Supertech helmet series is to create the most advanced helmets in the world – offering maximum protection and top-level performance for professional racers and ambitious riders alike. The Supertech R10 has been rigorously tested and refined over several years by the Alpinestars helmet development team, in close collaboration with MotoGP legend Andrea Dovizioso and MotoGP riders Jorge Martin and Jack Miller. The design of the S-R10 focused firmly on achieving the highest level of performance, especially in terms of safety and advanced protection. The S-R10 combines outstanding ventilation, exceptional comfort and an extremely lightweight construction – without compromising in any other area. Another key feature of the helmet is its highly developed aerodynamics: countless wind tunnel sessions were carried out to reduce drag and ensure maximum stability at high speeds.

- Carbon shell: Multi-layer composite structure made from high-density 3K carbon, unidirectional carbon, aramid fibres, and fibreglass – for maximum impact dispersion and penetration resistance
- Meets and exceeds ECE 22.06, DOT, and FIM standards – up to 37% better performance in linear and 65% in rotational impacts
- Customisable A-Head system: Fully adjustable in height and angle – for a perfect fit
- Top-level aerodynamics: Developed using computational fluid dynamics (CFD), wind tunnel tests, and race track trials – for minimal turbulence and maximum stability. Includes two patented quick-release spoilers (road & race)
- Optimised ventilation: A total of 11 ventilation ports – 7 air intakes (3 chin, 4 top) and 4 exhaust vents – ensure effective airflow and cooling
- Premium visor system: Optical Class 1 visor with anti-fog and anti-scratch coating, metal lock, 220° lateral and 57° vertical field of view, tool-free quick release system
- EPS inner shell: Eight-piece, multi-density EPS (impact-absorbing material) with six specific densities – for optimal impact absorption and comfort

- Lightweight: Only 1,540 g (size M) – offering an optimal weight-to-protection Ratio
- Shell structure: Composite materials bonded with epoxy resin – for maximum strength and controlled deformation in case of impact
- Aerodynamic design: Stable even at high speeds – reduces neck strain and wind noise. Includes side “winglets” and turbulators for improved aeroacoustics
- Tailored fit: Four different inner and outer shell sizes – for a perfect fit to any head shape
- Hydration system ready: Integrated channels allow installation of a drinking tube
- Interior lining: Removable and washable, with moisture-wicking fabric– for maximum hygiene and comfort
Protection:
- Multi-density EPS: Specifically designed to absorb impact forces effectively, with a low-friction coating to improve rotational damping
- Reinforced chin bar: Raised profile with additional EPP layer – reduces the risk of collarbone injury
- Patented impact technology: Inner surface is polished and coated to minimise friction – allows independent head movement and reduces stress in side or rotational impacts
- Emergency cheek pad removal: Enables quick and safe helmet removal by trackside rescue teams
