The new generation of Acid Scrambler jeans eliminates the need for a separate Kevlar layer, instead relying on strategically placed reinforcements made of Tri-Stretcher® PRO 5.0 Denim at the knees, hips, and seat. This innovative material meets the strict AAA certification requirements in just a single layer, offering the highest level of protection while significantly reducing weight. The outer fabric is made from 11.5 oz stretch denim composed of 98% cotton and 2% elastane, ensuring a comfortable fit and full freedom of movement. On the inside, Tri-Stretcher® PRO 5.0 Denim lining in critical areas provides maximum abrasion resistance. For added safety, CE Level 2 protectors are integrated at the knees and hips. Ergonomically designed, the jeans feature four classic pockets, two additional cargo pockets, stretch panels in the knee area, a raised rear waistband, and height-adjustable knee protectors. Ventilation zippers on the thighs and a breathable stretch panel in the crotch area ensure optimal airflow—even on warmer days. The new Acid Scrambler jeans combine maximum safety with thoughtful functionality and a modern design.
